All refund requests must be emailed to the event organizers 60 days prior to the event start date. A credit minus a $65 administration fee will be issued for cancellations made by email request 60 days prior to the start of the event. NO refunds will be issued for any request made within 60 days prior to the event. We offer Registration Saver Insurance to fully protect your individual showcase investment. NO refunds or credits will be issued for any reason within 60 days leading up to the event, including injury. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED DUE TO WEATHER RELATED POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATIONS.
Player check & pinnie distribution in will open at 9:00 am. The event starts sharply at 10:00 am. We recommend all players arriving early to ensure a quick and prompt check in process.
College coaches will be coaching each team. The first half of the event will be drills run by the coaches and the second half will be small sided and full field games
We will not be providing food or transportation. Please pack a lunch and snacks.
All games and player combine will be on indoor artificial astro turf fields.
We will be testing athletes in 3 different categories. The 5-10-5 agility, 40 yard dash, and broad jump.
This test measures your change-of-direction speed, highlighting your ability to maintain control of your body through changes of speed and direction.
Full field games will be 20 minutes in length. No half time.
There is limited bleacher seating and a few picnic tables. You may want to bring a folding chair for you and your child.
