What is your refund policy?

All refund requests must be emailed to the event organizers 60 days prior to the event start date. A refund minus a $65.00 administration fee will be issued for cancellations made by email request 60 days prior to the event. NO refunds will be issued for any request made within 60 days of the event start date. This policy is inclusive of all injuries that may occur within the 60 day prior to the start date. However, if a doctor’s note can be provided, event organizers will issue a 50% credit towards a future program or an event minus the $65.00 administration fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED DUE TO WEATHER RELATED POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATIONS.

Who will be coaching the teams?

College coaches will be coaching each team. While LGS is running this event, our set up is the first half will be drills run by the coaches while the last 4 hours will be small sides and full field games

Will you be providing food?

We will not be providing food or transportation. Players should come with a bag lunch/snacks and plenty of water.

What surface are the fields?

All games and player combine will be on outdoor artificial turf fields.
